We never charge shipping costs! Our goal is to help your jewelry selection reach you directly, quickly and safely.
However, additional charges may apply when shipping to your countriy. More about this further down on this page.
Which Shipping Service Do You Use?
We work primarily with UkrPoshta. We’ve had good experiences with them over the years.
Will You Pack My Order Safely?
Your purchase will reach you securely packaged. We use double packaging so nothing can go wrong on the way to you and never add any logos or other information that could indicate what’s inside the package.
You can opt-it invoice for your purchase to be included in the package. If you would like the invoice to be sent to a different address or by e-mail, just let us know and we will be happy to follow your wishes.
When Will My Order Be With Me?
Our shipments can be tracked at any time. Delivery to USA usually takes 10 to 14 days. Delivery to EU and other countries usually takes 14 to 21 days..
Do You Offer Express Shipping?
At the moment we do not offer Express shipping.
