Rare antique cloisonne enamel buckle belt converted into the brooch.
Made before 1908 by russian empire. The metal is silver, gilded. Hallmark 84 near woman’s
head turned to the left was used before 1908. There are also assayer’s initials near it ГК which also indicate assay office.
