Original ring with an attached natural trumpet or trumpet with mouthpiece in white gold, body in rose gold and bell in yellow gold in a band of silver-set old-cut diamonds. All diamonds were tested by diamond tester. Slight signs of age and wear, with an earlier narrowing of the ring band on the underside.
