18k gold sapphire and diamond ring, claw set with a central oval cut sapphire, flanked by grain set eight cut diamonds and a round cut sapphire to either side, to an incised scrollwork mount and shoulders and a ‘D’ profile shank. Made in England, marks of Birmingham, 1990.
